Access App - Frequently Asked Questions


The FREE GraphicAudio Access™ App allows our Download Customers to directly download their purchased titles on their mobile devices to start listening immediately.

Simply purchase a Download from our new website, log into the GraphicAudio Access™ App and your title will be available to download directly on your device. Just use the same login and password that you use on our new GraphicAudio website.

What does it cost to get the Access App?
There is no charge for the App.  It's free.

How do I get the Access App?
You can download the free app from the App store on your device.

Does it work on 3G or 4G network or does it need Wi-Fi?
Our downloads are large files, but the App has no download limit. You can download the normal quality version via a 3G/4G connection, but we recommend downloading the high quality content using a WiFi connection. We are not responsible for any data charges from your phone provider, so please monitor your data usage. 

This is my first time in the Access App. What should I do?
After you download the app you will need to either log in or create a new account. If you have already created an account on our website, please log in using the same email and password. After that, purchase a download from our website in your browser and it will be added to your app too.

What should I do if I forget my password for the Access App?
Launch the app, go to the login page and tap "Forgot Password". 

How do I access my purchases?
Once you download the app and log in, your purchased downloads from will be waiting for you to download.

How long does it take to download an audiobook with the Access App?
Downloading depends on the speed of your internet connection and the size of the file. 

How many times can I listen to an audiobook?
With the Access App there is no limit to the number of times you can listen to a title that has been downloaded to your mobile device.

Can I remove audiobooks from my mobile device?
Yes. You have complete control of the titles that have been downloaded to your mobile device. You need to go to the device tab, then click and hold 5 seconds on a book cover to delete it from the device. It will remain on your cloud list but be removed from your device. Purchased titles can be re-downloaded at any time.
